Shift Lock — Hold a Player in Place Mid-Game

Sometimes a kid is in the zone and you don't want to pull them. Shift Lock lets you freeze a player in their current position for the next shift. The auto-assign logic routes around them. Tap the lock icon on any shift card. Done. Coaching instinct stays in control.
